We are grateful to the contributions from a grant to make this LA Garden possible.

GOALS

To provide beauty and food to the local community

To show stuents that a little effort can produce rewards for all

To encourage students to identify weeds (and develop the initiative to PULL THE WEEDS)

To encourage teachers to find projects to share the information and to design classwork that covers several subjects (math, science, history, language arts, English, other languages, poetry, songs, art)
